The main characters name is Thomas. The other characters are side characters they are Chuck Alby, Gally and Teresa. Thomas was confused when he wake up in the metal box that goes to the Glade. The place they are in is called the Glade but they are in the middle part of the maze. This is taking place in the future in the future, but the people in the Glade only know their name and the basics to survive. They do not know what time it is or their age. They do not know why this is happing, because their memories were erased by something or someone. They think they can figure all this out by going into the Maze. The people are called runners who go out into the maze to solve the mystery of how they ended up in the maze and how they get out. Some people think they all did something wrong to end up in the maze but some say they didn't do anything to end up in the maze.
The memory moment is this book comes up a lot. The reason why it does is when Thomas first comes to the maze he remembers something about this maze but it is unclear in his head. Here is evidence "That was the only thing Thomas only thing he could remember about his life he didn't understand how this could be possible his mind functioned with out flaw trying to calculate his surrounding and predicament knowledge flooded his thoughts facts and images memories and details of the world and how it works." The second memory moment was about when someone told the runners to start running he remembers something again but it is unclear again. Here evidence "Why did he feel that so strongly and even now after what lived in the maze." The memory moments keeps popping up again and again. The third memory moment was when Teresa came in from the metal box he remembers that he was connected to her somehow, but again its unclear. Here evidence "Thomas was drowning in sea of confusion a girl he hadn't even thought about the Glade only had boys, no girls"

Newsela blog
The topic I read about in newsela was. How should the US respond to the cyber attack on Sony. The at took place on Dec.21,2014 at Sony Pictures Studios. This happened because the "The Interview" was about the plot to assassinate North Koreas leader. North Korea objected that the US should show this movie. They think that North Korea is probably behind it. the US is trying to find out who these hackers are. They probably have a small group of skilled hackers working for them.North Korea has a history of hacking and they will go after those who criticize them. The FBI is working on the Case. President Obama's people go to the movies.

Goal's blog
My academic goal is to read more book and to do better in projects. I want to achieve this goal because I want to have very good grades and have a good grade to past this quarter. I will study more I will also ask more question if I get suck on something. I will study long and better on till I know it. So I will not stop trying to just let my grades drop down to D and F.
Do more thing to help other people in my family like get ride of ice. Move snow out of the driveway, fronted yard, and back yard. Help them with getting slat out on the very icy area. I would help watch my cousin brother if he there the whole day. I would help my sister with homeworker. I would help my mom get ride of snow if she needs me to do.

The Blog for Number Of The Stars
The main character is Annemarie and her family. They are trying to get the Rosen family to Sweden. The Rosen's daughter's name is Ellen. They are having Ellen act like she is Annemarie's older sister Lise who is dead. The place is in Denmark. This is happening when the German soldiers took over Denmark. The reason Ellen's family has to leave is that they are Jews.
Today we had a field trip. The thing that shocked me was how many families reunited with each other. Even though it was a very little amount of people who reunited. It made you feel sad to know that all of them died in the Holocaust. It was sad when we actually heard a survivor's story about what happened to her parents. They gave their daughters to a woman who helped them survive till they could be reunited with their parents. Their teacher did the same she had them hide when the soldiers came to the school. Their parents came back alive but almost starved to death in the worst camp. After she told us her story the people asked questions about if she was scared when she found out her parents were in the camp.

the compound normal blog 4
The main character is Eli. Eli is still wondering about if his dad will let him & his brother ad sisters leave. Eli found out his father wants all of them to be like him. He also wants to know if his brother and grandmother are still alive. The time is in the future and they are still in the compound with his mother and sisters. His father wants them to stay where it is "safe". He's been keeping them there by telling them lies that the world has been destroyed and that the compound is the only safe place. My reflection is why is the father being so mean not to let them out even though the world is suppose to be fine.
One of the signpost that keeps coming up all the time is a Memory Moment. I found the memory moment in chapter 9 and 10 Eli remembers when his grandmother and brother were camping with him. Chapter 11 I just read has another memory moment was when he remembered his brother. When I reading he was talking to his sisters when he remembered about their camping trip. He remembers his brother because he found his favorite food. I think why he thought about this is when his sister was talking to him about their father, then he suddenly remembered about his brother and grandmother. Maybe because when his brother was with him they were able to not get in trouble. like his brother always looked out for him and helped him. His grandmother was always there to help them out and get what they forgot for their trips. She was always there to help fix a problem.

The Compound normal blog 3
The name of my book is The Compound. The main character of the book is Eli. Other characters are his parents, two sisters and one brother. The father has them in the underground shelter which is the compound. They are wanting to figure out if the outside of the compound is destroyed or still the same. This is in the future and its only happening in the underground compound until they can actually get out. This is happing because the father wanted them to be safe in the shelter and they want to go out and see if anything changed. This happened because the father lied to the family saying the outside has been destroy. I want to know why the father lied to them?
At the very beginning they were running into the compound trying to be safe Eddie and the grandmother got left outside because the metal door closed before they could get inside. So they thought they were dead. Then later on when Eli found a laptop in his dad's office underground the internet went on and Eli was confused. Was the dad trying to hide stuff on them? What was he trying to do? Why were all the animals in the shelter dying? Then Eli and his sister found out that their dad was trying to make them like him mean, selfish, and sick in the head. I still do not know about the falling action yet. What surprised me was how the rising action came because they were asking themselves questions about what their father was doing. I never read a book like this. The plot is going very suspenseful as it moves along in the story. I'm predicting the falling action is going to take longer to get there and that makes it more suspenseful because now they found out what their dad is doing. I think they will escape from him.

The Holocaust book name of the book is Number the Stars
I believe that many people did not stand up because they were scared of the Germans because they had guns. They know if they did try to stop them they would be killed. People on the other hand made escape routes destroy their only rail line killed one of their Nazi government leader's they tried to kill Hitler but failed. They hide Jews but people that took them are taking a very great risk to get killed. I would destroy more rail lines I would also make more escape routes and kill some of the German people that found Jews they were going to kill. I would hide them in my house and tell them to pretend to be slaves until I get them out of the Germany area.
